Description
Beneath the weight of silent skies,
A mind sinks deep, where thought decays,
Each morning breaks with muted cries,
As light retreats in shadowed haze.
The heart forgets its native beat,
Replaced by echoes cold and thin,
Where once stood joy, now empty seat,
A hollow hush that dwells within.
No grief remains to stir the soul,
Just numbness wrapped in weary skin,
A flicker lost in blackened coal,
No strength to lose, no will to win.
The world becomes a distant hum,
Each voice a ghost, each touch a thread,
Eyes see, but feeling does not come—
A living man who walks as dead.
